Details
A traditional Qatari dhow was built for exactly this — gathering people, crossing water, sharing food.
This private dhow experience runs 4 hours from Dhow Harbour in Doha, sailing out to Al Safliya Island with your group. The dhow is fitted with an air-conditioned cabin on the lower deck and an open-air upper deck with traditional floor seating — the kind you sit cross-legged on with a Pafki in one hand and a view of the Gulf in the other.
On the way to the island, classic childhood snacks are served: Pafki, Salad Chips, Oman Chips, Laban, Dandy Ice Creams, and juices. At Al Safliya, you can swim from the boat — the water is clear, calm, and a proper Eid treat.
The full boat is yours: 2,500 QAR for up to 25 people. That's 100 QAR per person in a group of 25 — one of the best-value Eid experiences in Doha.
