Cancellation and No show policy

More than 48 hours prior to arrival: 10% of the total booking value will be charged.

Between 48 and 24 hours prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking value will be charged.

Less than 24 hours prior to arrival or No-Show: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

Tour Amendment Policy

48 hours prior to arrival: No Charge applies

48 to 24 hours prior to arrival: 25% of the total booking cost

24 to 12 hours: 50% of the total booking cost

Less than 12 hours: 100% of the total booking cost

General Remarks:

All participants will be covered with insurance for the entire duration of the tour.

365 Adventures Desert Safari vehicles are 4×4, all with A/C and seat belts.

Passengers are required to wear seat belts during the tour.

Safari vehicles are licensed to carry up to six passengers, including the driver.

Child rates available only on selected tours and can be given upon request based on the number of adults on the tour.

Services other than mentioned in the tour inclusion are chargeable.

Passengers are not allowed to smoke in the car.

Littering is highly prohibited.

Photography of military and government installations is not allowed.

It is advisable to ask permission before taking pictures of Arab men. Arab Women must not be photographed.

public holidays & weather conditions or similar circumstances without prior notice.
